VEBAS AI Systems Private Limited provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
1. How services are delivered
- Websites and web applications are deployed to your domain and hosting, or to hosting we manage for you.
- Mobile apps are submitted to Google Play and the Apple App Store under your own developer accounts.
- Source code, credentials and documentation are handed over as set out in the Project Agreement.
- Maintenance and support are provided remotely throughout the active plan period.
2. Timelines
Delivery timelines for each project are agreed in the proposal or Project Agreement and depend on scope and on timely content, feedback and approvals from you. We will confirm each delivery by email.
3. Third-party approvals
App store reviews, domain transfers and payment gateway activations are controlled by third parties. Their processing times are outside our control, and we will keep you informed of progress.
